Mrs. Emily Elizabeth Samples, 100, of Route 5, Fayetteville, died in a local hospital Friday. She was born December 14, 1866 in St. Paul, the daughter of John and Sarah Ledbetter Teague and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors are two sons, Daniel P. Teague and John Samples, both of Fayetteville; three daughters, Mrs. Albert Sisemore and Mrs. Emma Bryant both of Fayetteville and Mrs. Nora Ball of Stockton, California; one brother, Preston Teague of Johnson; 22 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great grandchildren.
