Philo Lee Bird our beloved husband, father, grandfather, fisherman, and friend was received in to his eternal home August 7, 2002. Phil was born Oct. 28, 1920 in Salina, Utah son to Mary Ella Jane Crane, and David Mormon Bird. Phil married Marjorie Louise Fox on July 14, 1965, in Elko, Nevada. They were later sealed for time and all eternity on February 6, 1997 in the Jordan River Temple. Phil enjoyed spending much of his time with Marjorie outdoors fishing, camping, and up keeping their beautiful garden. He is survived by his wife Marjorie Bird; step-sons Darrel Carlson and wife Sherrie, Dennis Bird and wife Laurie, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was loved, and will be remembered warmly. "Till we meet again" Graveside services will be held Saturday, August 10, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. at Lake Hills Cemetery, 10055 South State, Sandy, UT. A viewing will be held Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 prior the services at Lake Hills.
