Born Dec. 25, 1895, in Houtzdale, daughter of Allen and Mary Ann (Plusquellec) Caroff. Survived by two sisters and brother: Miss Sue Caroff and Mrs. Mary Ross, both of South Fork R.D.1, and James B., Dunlo, also four nieces and nephews. Graduate of Johnstown Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1920. Member of Nurses Alumnae Association. Nurse in Memorial Hospital, New York City, for past 32 years. Friends received from 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday in Auer Funeral Home, Salix, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Rev. Robert C. Whitlatch. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
