Mrs. Lucetta McCune

Mrs. Lucetta McCune, widow of the late Phillip P. McCune, passed away at her home in Lamonte at noon Friday, death being due to complications.

The deceased was born in Holmesville, Ohio, December 5, 1845, and was one of Lamonte's oldest and best known residents.

She is survived by two daughters and three sons as follows: Mrs. Ida Franklin, and Mr. Harry McCune of Sedalia; Mrs. J. H. Underwood, of Mishawaka, Indiana, William D. McCune, of Tahoma, California, and Roy McCune, of Oroville, California, together with several grandchildren.

The funeral will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Lamonte Christian church, of which she was a member, and will be conducted by the Rev. H. W. Hughes, pastor; assisted by Rev. J. W. Ferrell.

Mrs. McCune previous to going to Lamonte, where her husband was postmaster and a general merchant many years, resided at Dresden.
