Gustave Gus Reinhart Kirsch, III, 65, of Fred, Texas, died Friday, June 29, 2012, at Tyler County Hospital in Woodville, Texas.

He was born on September 26, 1946, in Houston, Texas to Virginia Crunk and Gustave Kirsch, Jr.

He was a United States Army veteran and was employed with Spurger Independent School District.

Survivors include his wife, Myrtle Kirsch; daughters, Becky Anderson and her husband, Ben, of Cypress; Michelle Robinson and her husband, David W., of Hempstead; Valerie McGallion, of Spurger; and Amanda Stephens and her husband, Charles, of Hillister; sister Linda Overstreet and her husband, Frank, of Hot Springs, Arkansas; grandchildren, Baile and Brooke Anderson, Deven and Daren Drake, and Cassie Stephens.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

His service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2012, at Broussard's, with interment to follow at Franks Branch Cemetery, Fred.
