She was a member of Shelbyville First Presbyterian Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis B. Payne.
She is survived by her daughters, Sarah Payne Igleheart and Deanie Payne Logan (Marvin Crouch); grandchildren, Eloise Terhune, Ann Tipton (Mike) all of Shelbyville; Mary Blackerby (David), Simpsonville; Louis Logan (Sheri), Versailles; Lucie Fulmore, Middletown; Sarah Price, Shelbyville; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:30 P.M. Monday, July 2nd at the Shannon Funeral Home with Dr. David Charlton officiating. Visitation will be after 1:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
