Died in Franzfeld, Torontal Megye, Yugoslavia
Now present day Hungary.
Information from relative who would have been the step daughter of Christina: "after Theresia's mother died. I don't know if you know the story, but according to Esther Grauer-Binder, Christina Scherer died by getting an infection from a scratch from a wagon wheel as they were loading up to move to the United States, following their first two daughters here. Friedrich came to the US anyway, and was set up through church to marry Elizabeth Spinner, his second wife. She was a widow with a daughter and the church felt that the two people needed to be together to raise all the motherless children."
