Mrs, Josephine Sullivan Crowell, 72, Aurora, died suddenly at 7 a.m. Saturday in her home following a heart attack. Mrs. Crowell's only daughter, Mrs. Lois Murray, also of Aurora, died a week ago Monday in a Springfield hospital undergoing surgery.
Mrs. Crowell was a lifelong resident of Aurora and a member of the First Baptist Church.
She leaves a son, Lester Sullivan of the home; and two brothers, Charles and Finis Forrester of Cape Fair; two half brothers, Fred of Marionville, and Leonard of Aurora; two half sisters, Mrs. Merle Kuble, Iberia, and Mrs. Sarah Houser, Hurley.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday in William Wood Chapel in Aurora with the Rev. Pete Wells officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery at Marionville.
