Phillip Maurice Dailey, of Beaumont, passed away Monday at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital.
A native of Broaddus, he had lived in Beaumont for 40 years, and was a truck driver.
He was survived by his sons Ashley Dailey and Anthony Dailey, daughters Laurie David, Sandy Malone, Deidra Harrington, and Linda Castolenia, sister: Janice Andrus, twelve grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren.
He will be cremated under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
