Mrs. Carroll is survived by sons, Ransome Henry Carroll of Wilmington, Raymond McNeil Carroll of Castle Hayne, and Patrick Scott Carroll of Wilmington; daughter, Sue Guy of Selma; and sisters, Esther Brock of Kenansville, and Belle Brock Davis of Rocky Mount; five grandchildren, Jonathan Carroll, Meredith Carroll, Chris Carroll, Justin Carroll, Scotty Carroll and two great-grandchildren, Bennett and Avery McSwain.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Carroll was preceded in death by husband, Ransome Carroll; sons, James Ray "Jimmy" Carroll and R. C. Carroll; brothers, Needham Brock, Jack Brock and Ransom Brock; sisters, Callie Brock, Eva Miller, Gertrude Brock and Clarisse Jones.
Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, June 29, 2012, at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw, Inc. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. in Community Funeral Home Chapel, followed by burial in Brock Family Cemetery.
