FUNERAL SERVICES HELD FOR FRED BACKFISH
funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Schoppenhorst funeral Home at Clay City for 64 yr old Fred BACKFISCH of RR1 Clay City.
Mr Backfisch, who had been seriously ill since June 30, passed away Friday morning at the Clay County Hospital where he had been a patient for 10 days.
Born near Clay City, he had spent his entire life in the same community. He was the son of Peter & Martha MILLER BACKFISCH and was a member of the First Brethren Church.
Surviving are the widow, Anna

2 sisters: Mrs Edna LASALLE of TH, Mrs Princena KAISER of Chicago
