Joseph died of "Catarrhal Fever," per the records of Shockoe Hill Cemetery, where he was originally buried, in the Virginia W. Chevallie plot. His remains were disinterred and moved to Hollywood, along with those of her sister Mary F. Bargamin, in November 1855.∼Son of George and Mary Jane Bargamin.
