Interment was at Greenwood Cemetery in Creighton. Pallbearers were her grandchildren, Cindy Fulton, Christy Fulton, Cathy Fulton, Tyson Fulton, Stacy Fulton, Jennifer Kuhlman, Jill Kuhlman and Michael Kuhlman.
Honorary pallbearers were Art Kuhlman, Leo Jundt, Vic Ebel, Lee Stokes, Richard Kuhl, Terry Jensen, Tim Jensen, Gordon McKay, Karl Horst, Ray Demerath, Don Gerhardt, Clarence Kimble, Terry Rasmussen and Ty Sherman.
Bernice A. Fulton was born October 16, 1917 in West Point, the daughter of John and Emma (Wubbenhorst) Hass. When she was very young her family moved to a farm northwest of Osmond in the Eden Valley area where she was raised. She was confirmed June 1, 1930 at Golgatha Lutheran Church near Wausa. She attended rural elementary school and Plainview High School graduating in 1935.
She married Gordon Fulton on February 21, 1942 in Omaha. They were the parent so three children.
She was a member of the Helping Hands Club and she and her husband belonged to several card clubs throughout the years. She enjoyed being outside and working in her garden and spending time with family and friends.
She died March 24 at Lundberg Memorial Hospital in Creighton.
Survivors include her husband, Gordon; children and spouses, Gordon and Donna Fulton, Duane and Ruth Fulton and Debbie and Dale Kuhlman and eight grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Willis and Ervin and two sisters, Hilda Kuhr and Ruth Jensen.
