Marion A. "Gus" Hinsley, aged 79,
resident of Lockesburg, died
Tuesday, June 9, in a Texarkana
Hospital. Funeral services will
be held at 2pm Friday, June 12,
in Belleville United Methodist
Church at Lockesburg with Rev.
Curtis Zachry officiating.
Burial will be in the Belleville
Cemetery under the direction of
Latimer Funeral Home of Nashville.
He was born Aug. 10, 1907 at Lockes-
burg, and was a retired carpenter.
Survivors are his wife, Ester
Proctor Hinsley of Lockesburg;
two sons, Jammie Hinsley of
Lockesburg and Randy Hinsley of
DeQueen; one daughter, Glenda
Deemer of Irving TX; five
brothers, Fred Hinsley of Dierks,
Guy Hinsley of Irving TX,
Clifford Hinsley of Odessa TX,
and Fletcher Hinsley of DeSoto
TX; one sister, Ida Gathright
of Lockesburg; five grand-
children, three step-grand-
children, and a number of
nieces and nephews.
