Mrs. Pearl Robertson, 69, dies

Mrs. Pearl Robertson, 69, died unexpectedly Thursday at the Earlie Earle home, 26 Lakeview Ave., which she and her husband, Randell Robertson, had rented for the winter months.

She was transported by the Tupper Lake Emergency Squad to Mercy General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 3:15 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Alphonsus Church. Interment will be in Holy Name Cemetery here.

She was born in Tupper Lake January 24, 1909, the daughter of John and Georgians Auclair Sears, and was graduated from Holy Ghost Academy here. In 1927 she was married here to Elzear Dumoulin, who established the Franklin Dairy at 32 Pine St., downtown, and operated it until his death Nov. 26, 1952. She continued to operate the business until 1959, when she sold it to Floyd Bashant of this village.

Four years ago she was married to Randell Robertson, and they had since resided at Elizabethtown, coming to Tupper on Nov. 1 to spend the winter. Surviving, besides her husband, are two sons, John Dumoulin, Tupper Lake, and Gerald Dumoulin of Canton, Mass.; a sister, Mrs. Edna LaPorte, Tupper Lake; 10 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
