Mr. Anderson was known as a leader in industrial development for the state and was the mentor of many of todays business development experts throughout the state. He was responsible for several large industries expanding to Oklahoma which now employee hundreds of people.
As a civic leader in the state, he was Chairman of the Governor's Industrial Team, Board of Directors of OKC Chamber of Commerce. He was a deacon and active member of the First Presbyterian Church in OKC for many years. Preceded in death by a brother, P K Anderson, world renowned Spanish coin collector; 2 sisters, Barbara Hunsinger and Mary Andrews, and a stepson, Joe Thayer.
