ANSLEY, DR. HARRY "DOC", age 79, of Longwood passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2005. Born in Oxford, Florida to Benjamon R. and Eudora (Varnum) Ansley. Dr. Ansley served in the U.S. Army and received a Medal of Good Conduct. Dr. Ansley was a member of The Rotary Club of Apopka, Florida, a Paul Harris Fellow, 51 years perfect attendance, 1964-65 Past President, Classification Chairman. Dr. Ansley was also a member of The Florida Chiropractic Association. Dr. Ansley is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Glena Vanover Ansley; his daughter, Marcy Ansley Kowallis and husband, Terry of Boise, ID; sister, Rev. Ruth Grant and husband Russell of Longwood; his grandchildren, Christopher Stratton of Dallas, TX, Tabitha Stratton Reeves of Mountain Home AFB, Idaho, Rebecca Stratton of Middleton, ID, Amy Stratton of Boise, ID, Carly Kowallis of Boise, ID; six great grandchildren; and beloved nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service for Dr. Ansley will be held Saturday, August 20, 2005 at 10AM at Loomis Family Funeral Home Chapel.
