Funeral services for Noel Saucier, 44, resident of Vidor, who died Monday in Hotel Dieu where he was taken after being stricken Sunday night in his home will be held in Vidor Methodist church at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Magnolia cemetery. Mr. Saucier was a native of Saucier, Miss., a city named after his father. Prior to the failing of his health two years ago, Mr. Saucier was night welding superintendent at the Pennsylvania shipyard. He was owner and operator of a grocery store in Vidor. He was a member of the Eagles lodge and the Methodist church. Surviving included his wife, Mrs. Mattie Bell Saucier of Vidor; his mother, Mrs. Eliza Saucier of Saucier, and two daughters, Miss Arlene Saucier and Mrs. Lyman Frugia, Jr., both of Vidor.
