Enlisted in the United States Army on 12 Jan 1942. Honorably discharged on 1 Jan 1946. Served in HQ Company 30th Engineers.

Arthur Crist, 91, of Coopersburg, formerly of Quakertown, died Tuesday, Aug 22, in Valley Manor Nursing Center, Coopersburg.

He was a laborer at the former Krupps Foundry, Quakertown.

Born in Quakertown, he was a son of the late Edwin and Emma (Long) Crist.

He was an Army Veteran of World War II.

Survivors: Son, Gerald D. Muthard of Quakertown; sister Mamie Ernst and a brother, Richard, both of Allentown; and a granddaughter.
