She was born November 30, 1911, at Aitch, a daughter of Joseph E. and Annie (Beaver) Beatty. She was married to Eugene H. Taylor on January 1, 1944 at the Abbey Reformed Church in Huntingdon by the Rev. Hobart D. McKeehan.Her husband survives along with her mother of Altoona. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Minola Craig, Huntingdon; Mrs. Alda Shaeffer, Altoona; and Mrs. Floryne Sinisi, Altoona and one brother Allen Beatty of St. Louis, MO.
The deceased had been employed by the J.C.Blair Stationery Company in Huntingdon. Mrs. Taylor had been associated with the Shaeffer Photographic Studio in Altoona doing color tinting of photographs. Most of her life had been spent in the Huntingdon area.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday from Brown's in Huntingdon. The Rev. G. Cecil Weimer, pastor of the First Methodist Church in Huntingdon will officiate. Interment will be made in Riverview Cemetery. frinds will be received at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Friday
