JAMES "Buddy" MOODY went to Heaven Jan. 8th to be with his Lord and all of his loved ones that preceded him. We know when he expired he was happy, he had been ill so many years. He left behind to be lonely without him his loving wife Kaky, his son Danny Moody and grandson Scotty Moody of San Di ego, CA; brother-in-law and wife Jim and Frankie Pounders of Florence, AL, as well as several nieces and nephews. Buddy was kind and caring to all his friends and neighbors. He was a member of Heights Presbyterian Church, a life member of Garden Oaks American Legion post #560, a retired Boilermaker, member of Boilermaker Local #74, member of 40/8 voiture Local #163. The family will receive friends at Pat H. Foley Funeral Home from 3 to 8 P.M. Thursday. Graveside funeral services with military honors will be 10:00 A.M. Friday at Houston National Cemetery with Rev. Rick Chandler officiating.
