ALVIN R. BURDICK , 73, of Baylis, IL, a retired farmer, died Mon., Aug. 10, 1981, at Illini Community Hospital in Pittsfield, IL. Mr. Burdick was born in Hadley, IL, May 3, 1908, a son of Elmer and Nancy McKinney Burdick. He married Berniece Fusselman Feb. 11, 1933 in Pittsfield, IL. She survives. Also surviving are one brother, Russell of Barry, IL and 2 sisters, Mrs. Geneva Hull of Barry, IL and Mrs. Ethel Butler of California. Services will be held at 2 pm today, Wednesday, in the Baylis Church of the United Brethren, conducted by the Rev. Clifford Phillips. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery at Barry. Funeral arrangements were handled by the McNabb Funeral Home in Barry.
