Wanita Waggoner Banks Tabor, 80, of Seymour, died Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.

Cremation is planned. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour with the Rev. Brien Stout officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.

Arrangements were made by Voss Funeral Service in Seymour.

Mrs. Tabor is survived by her children, Dennis (Kathy) Banks, David (Diane) Banks, Susan (Allan) Hauersperger, Randal (Terri) Banks, Todd A. Banks and Dodie Reichenbacker; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, Wayne (Bev) Waggoner; and a sister, Linda (Marvin) Rumph.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Davis J. Banks and Eloyd W. Tabor.

Wanita Waggoner Banks-Tabor, 80, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.

Mrs. Tabor was a member of Central Christian Church and the home economics club. She had been employed as a cashier for Jay's Market, Seymour, Goodwill and Save-a-Lot. She had also been a child caregiver for several years. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Born March 29, 1932, in Seymour, she was the daughter of Glenn D. and Nellie M. Stewart Waggoner. On Sept. 1, 1950, she married Davis J. Banks, who preceded her in death. On Dec. 29, she married Eloyd W. Tabor, who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include her children, Dennis (Kathy) Banks, David (Diane) Banks, Susan (Allan) Hauersperger, Randal (Terri) Banks, Todd A. Banks and Amanda and Dodie Reichenbacker; grandchildren, Laurie Ritter, Daniel Banks, David D. Banks II, Julie Rueger, Rayna Barr, Ryan Hauersperger, Darin Hauersperger, Brennan Williams, Breighan Banks, Devan L. Reichenbacker; 14 great-grandchildren; brother, Wayne (Bev) Waggoner; and sister, Linda (Marvin) Rumph.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; brothers, Marvin E. Waggoner and Stanley Waggoner; sister, Rita Mae Waggoner; and great- grandson, Jaxon Dale Hauersperger.

Cremation rites have been accorded to Mrs. Tabor per her wishes.

The Rev. Brien Stout will conduct a graveside service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Riverview Cemetery, Seymour.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association .
