WHITE ROCK, S.C. - Nellie Bratton Orr, 93, of White Rock, S.C., formerly of Arcola, died July 7, 2011. A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Dodge Grove Cemetery in Mattoon. Dunbar Funerals and Cremations in South Carolina was in charge of arrangements. She was born Dec. 18, 1917, in Arcola, the daughter of Nathaniel "N.A." and Emily Bradley Bratton. She married Noel E. McCoy; he died. She married Albert Orr; he died. Survivors include one daughter, Rebecca Smith of Chapin, S.C.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one daughter. Mrs. Orr was a member of First United Methodist Church in Mattoon.
