Husband of Katherine Ethel Ratliff Honaker∼Hunter Tilden Honaker, 67, of Ronceverte, died in a Clifton Forge, Virginia, hospital after a short illness. A member of the Coffman Hill Presbyterian Church. He was a son of William K Honaker and Emma S. Honaker, who had lived at the Irish Corner District in 1900.
He is survived by his wife, Ethel, and six daughters, Mrs. Katheryn Boone and Mrs Leo Morgan, both of Roncerverte. Mrs Russell J. Knapp of Angora, Nebraska, Mrs. Kenner L. Weikle, of Newark, Ohio, Mrs. Denver Long of Ocala. Florida, and Mrs. Barba J. White of Adelphi, Maryland.
Three sisters, Mrs. Mar Nicel and Mrs. Roy Hefnier, both of White Sulphur Springs, and Mrs. Earl Holliday of Caldwell. A brother, Harry Honaker of Beckley also survies.
He has 15 grandchildren. Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home in Ronceverte, handled the arrangements for the family.
