Son of Martin Edward Branick, bp. Wilson Co., KS. and Amanda Josephine Nutting Branick, bp. McDonald Co., MO.

Howard Branick of near Diamond, 49 years old, well known farmer of this community, died at 3:45 o'clock yesterday morning in Freeman Hospital.

Mr. Branick had lived south of Neosho until forced to move when his property was included in Camp Crowder area. He was a successful livestock dealer also, and continued his farming after he moved to the Diamond community. His death followed a very brief illness.

Mr. Branick is survived by his wife, Mrs. May Branick, by one daughter, Mrs. Ralph S. Taylor of North Chicago, Ill., and one granddaughter. Two sisters and two brothers also survive, Mrs. T.W. Bailey of Neosho, Mrs. John P. Arwood of Tulsa, Keith Branick of Neosho and Maurice Branick of Tulsa.

Funeral services will be conducted at the First Baptist Church of Neosho Thursday afternoon at two o'clock by Rev. Clarence Bergen, pastor of the church. Burial will be made in the IOOF Cemetery here.
