Born in Lydia Mill, she was a daughter of the late Abram and Rebecca Matthews. Retired: Whitten Center. Member: First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Survivors: Husband, James N. Creswell; a daughter, Joyce C. Campbell and husband William E. Campbell, of Clinton; a sister, Carrie Jacks, of Joanna; three grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Graveside service: 11 a.m. today at Rosemont Cemetery. — Gray Funeral Home of Clinton.
