Lucille Ellen Ballout
Lucille Ellen Ballout, 70, who lived at 318 1/2 East Fourth, died Thursday afternoon at the home of her son, John F. King, 505 Liberty, following a short illness. She was born September 7, 1873, in Indiana, and came to Kansas with her parents when a small child. She had lived in Topeka and vicinity since 1899.
Mrs. Ballout is survived by her husband, Herman A. Ballout; two daughters, Mrs. Florence George, Topeka, and Mrs. Irene Flesher, Oakland, Calif.; two sons, John F. King, Topeka, and Edward F. King, Iola; one sister, Mrs. Armantha Ruth, Topeka; one brother, William Hunt; seventeen grandchildren and by two great-grandchildren.
