Rev. Father Driscoll, of Idaho Springs, came over on the back this morning, summoned here by the illness of Mr. Frank Loughran. The chances are that Frank will not recover.

DIED.

In Central City, Gilpin county, Colorado, Sunday evening, April 14, 1889, Frank Loughran, in the 50th year of his age. Deceased has been a resident of Central City for a number of years, and for a long time followed mining for a livelihood.


He leaves four brothers, James, John, Enos and Hughie, and two sisters, Mrs. McGinnis (all of whom are residents of this county) and Mrs. Holcombe, of Georgetown, Clear Creek county, to mourn his loss.


The funeral will occur tomorrow (Tuesday) morning, from St. Patrick's church, Central, at 9:30 o'clock. Friends and acquaintances of the deceased are respectfully invited to at tend without further notice. Interment will be made in the Catholic cemetery.

The funeral of the late Frank Loughran took place this morning from the Catholic church, and was largely attended. A number of conveyances filled with the friends of the deceased followed his remains to the Catholic cemetery where interment was made. Frank was a man well liked by everybody, and we believe he didn't have an enemy on earth. May he rest in peace.
