Isaiah Pearson, 84, died this morning at 9:45 at his rooms in Laketon. The body was taken to the Wertenberger and Voreis funeral home in Laketon where funeral services will be held. Burial will be in Wabash. The time for the services has not yet been announced.
Mr. Pearson was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bailey Pearson and spent almost his entire life in Laketon. He is survived by a son, Vesta, of Laketon and a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Norgeski of Brooklyn, New York. His wife, two daughters and one son preceded him in death. A sister, Mrs. Ruth Mathews of Spiceland also survives. He was a member of the Holiness church.
