Emmett worked as an electrician and plumber. He was a Baptist.
"Emmette Brown married Eva Moore. Eva was the daughter of Robert and Sally Isbell Moore of Carnesville. After serving in the army during World War I, Emmette worked as a mechanic and electrician.
