Zurviah or Serviah Collins was the daughter of Rufus and Hannah (Clark) Collins. She was born in Lebanon Crank and married Thomas Brooks in November, 1790 in Lebanon, Windham, Connecticut. [At that point in time, Lebanon was in Windham County - eventually assigned to New London County in 1824.]

Children were Alvan/Alvin Brooks, Seth Collins Brooks, Sally Brooks and Sophia Brooks.
