Eugene A. Miller, 59, resident of the Glendive section in southeastern Montana who had been in Glasgow for several weeks, died in a local hospital after an illness of a week. He had suffered from influenza which, with a heart ailment, caused his death.
Mr. Miller, who had been a stockman, had come here to work on the Fort Peck project. His employment was to begin the day he became ill, May 2.
The widow arrived here from Glendive Thursday and the body was shipped there for services, probably to be held Saturday. Mr. Miller was a native of Alexandria, Minnesota. Besides the widow, he is survived by a stepson and a stepdaughter living in Glendive, a daughter at Intake, Mrs. Dewey Henderson; a brother at Oswego, O. L. Miller, who is here, and two sisters living in Minnesota.
