Muskogee, April 24 -- Funeral services for Bishop Embree E. Hoss, who died here last night, will be held Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock, at the St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal church, South, here. Rev. Theodore Copeland of Texarkana, Ark., will pronounce the religious rites and Attorney G. T. Fitzhugh of Memphis will deliver an eulogy on his life. burial will be in Greenhill cemetery here. Both Reverend Copeland and Attorney Fitzhugh are lifelong friends of the late bishop. Mr. Fitzhugh represented the church in the recent litigation over ownership and control of Vanderbilt university.
