Kalispell, June 9--Zera S. Nicholson, a rancher living near Somers, was killed in a runaway accident near the Holt ferry Sunday afternoon. His uncle, J.W. Nicholson, was probably fatally injured, but his wife, who had crawled into the back of the wagon, escaped injury. The family had been spending the day fishing at Holt and were returning when the team became unmanageable, the wagon striking a stump and throwing the two men out. Mrs. Nicholson remained in the wagon until the team was stopped by running into a fence.
