Ms. Kathleen (Kay) Elizabeth Fogle, 77, of Frederick, died on Thursday, October 27, 2005, at the Glade Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Walkersville. Born March 15, 1928, in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late John and Olive Welty Ray. Ms. Fogle was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was an avid bingo player and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. She is survived by her son, William J. Fogle and wife Kim of Walkersville; two grandchildren, Schuyler Fogle and Alexzandra Fogle; one sister, Georgette Redmond of Florida; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Caroline Lettire; and two brothers, Maurice Ray and Charles F. Ray. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 31 at the funeral home chapel. The Rev. W. Carey Cox and Rev. Robyn Balram, will officiate. Interment will be in Glade Cemetery, Walkersville.
