Ms. Kathleen (Kay) Elizabeth Fogle, 77, of Frederick, died on Thursday, October 27, 2005, at the Glade Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Walkersville. Born March 15, 1928, in Frederick, she was the daughter of the late John and Olive Welty Ray. Ms. Fogle was a homemaker and loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was an avid bingo player and a member of the Church of God of Prophecy. She is survived by her son, William J. Fogle and wife Kim of Walkersville; two grandchildren, Schuyler Fogle and Alexzandra Fogle; one sister, Georgette Redmond of Florida; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Caroline Lettire; and two brothers, Maurice Ray and Charles F. Ray. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, October 31 at the funeral home chapel. The Rev. W. Carey Cox and Rev. Robyn Balram, will officiate. Interment will be in Glade Cemetery, Walkersville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Resident Council Fund, Glade Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, 56 West Frederick St., Walkersville, MD 21793.
