He is most likely buried in the Carr Cemetery on the Franklin and Owen County lines where his first wife, Mary Robertson Craig is buried. Elizabeth was William's second wife. Elizabeth and William had 6 children of which was a daughter born about 1880 and died in infancy and 5 sons, Thomas Jackson Craig, John Suter Craig, Marshall Thurman Craig, Cyrus Craig and George Pendleton Craig. Her residence at time of death was Pleasureville, Henry Co., KY.
