Service for William Alcorn, 94, of Lindsay will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Webb-Sanders Chapel in Lindsay. He died Thursday in a Visalia convalescent hospital.
Alcorn was a native of Missouri and lived in Lindsay since 1943. He was employed by Lindsay Olive Growers for 20 years.
He is survived by his daughter, Sylvia Stevens of Lindsay; his step-son, Leland Twitty of Lindsay; two brothers, John Alcorn of Springville and Burl Alcorn of Orange Cove; three sisters, Bessie Lewis of Lindsay, China Holman of Ava, Mo., and May Walker of Chadwick, Mo.; several grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
