Charles Vincent McKim, 68, of Holts Summit, died Friday night at a Jefferson City hospital following a heart attack at his home Tuesday. Mr. McKim was born on Nov. 10, 1903, in Calloway County, the son of John and Bessie McKim. On July 10, 1926, he was married to Mrs. Lois Melle Pearre, who survives.
Mr. McKim was a member of the New Bloomfield Christian Church.
Other survivors include: Three sons, John W. McKim and Charles N. McKim, both of Holts Summit, Gene D. McKim, Linn; a daughter, Mrs. Pat Schuster, New Bloomfield. Two brothers, Ira McKim and Donald McKim, both of New Bloomfield; three sisters, Mrs. Mildred Hall, Williamsburg, Mrs. Alice Sprauch, Brazito and Mrs. Powell Atkinson, Tebbetts; 10 grandchildren and a great-treat-grandchild.
Funeral arrangements under the direction of Claypool Funeral Home, New Bloomfield, are incomplete.
