NAMPA — Kathryn Farm, 94, of Nampa, died Saturday, Sept. 26, 1987, in a Nampa hospital.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Caldwell. Rev. Joseph Housh of the Nampa First United Methodist Church will officiate, under direction of the Alsip Funeral Chapel.
Mrs. Farm was born Aug. 15, 1893, at South Greenfield, Md., a daughter of John H. and Matilda C. Stephenson. She was reared and educated in Missouri. She married Frank Stapp in 1911 in Missouri. They moved to Glenns Ferry, Idaho. Mr. Stapp died in a railroad accident. She later married Manley Farm on Aug. 18, 1920, at Salt Lake City. They resided in Glenns Ferry until 1924 when they moved to Nampa. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in August of 1970. Mr. Farm died March 24, 1971. With the exception of being employed for a brief time as a teacher when she was young, Mrs. Farm worked as a homemaker all of her life.
She was a member of the Nampa First United Methodist Church where she worked with the Ladies Aid group. She was also a member of the Nampa Women's Century Club.
Mrs. Farm very much enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include a son, Elden Farm of Boise; a grandson, Scott Farm of Boise; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her two husbands, her parents, a twin sister, Ruth, two other sisters, a brother and a daughter-in-law also died earlier.
Memorials may be made to the Idaho Youth Ranch, Box 534, Rupert 83350; or flowers may be sent.
Friends may call today from 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Wednesday from 8 a.m. until noon at the Alsip Funeral Chapel in Nampa.
