Betty Lou Payne, age 72 of Willard, Ohio passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at The Willows at Willard. She was born on May 17, 1942 in Garrett, KY to the late Lee and Pearlie (Hunter) Conley. She retired from the Pioneer Balloon Company in Willard.
She is survived by two daughters, Julie (Mark) Metzger of Willard and Valerie Lynn Moore of Willard; five grandchildren, Kira, Chase and Alaina Osborn; Hilary Moore (Tim Foresman) and Alisha (Mike) Mullaney; 2 great-grandson, Seth and Connor; future great-grandchild due at any time; three brothers, Harold (Nancy) Conley, Ron (Angie) Conley and Mitch (Deb) Conley; three sisters, Gypsie (Dean) Holida, Gert (Tim) Owens and Brenda (Ed) Adams and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Bufford, Bobby and Oscar; 2 sisters, Ernestine Conley and Bertha Maudsley; and a son-in-law, Gary Moore.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM where a funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Danny Hamilton officiating. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven.
