Calvin Franklin "Frank" Carico, 79, resident of the Dalhart section, died on Tuesday, January 20th, in Waddell Hospital.

Surviving are four sons, Lonnie Carico, Dewey Carico, and Ben Carico, all of the Galax section, and Claude Carico, Roanoke, and five daughters, Mrs. Tom Glasco and Mrs. Earl Weatherman, Galax; Mrs. Paul Richardson, Muskegon, MI; Mrs. Luther Hutchens, Yadkinville, NC, and Mrs. Floyd Jones, Greensboro, NC.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 am today (Thursday) in the Vaughan-Guynn Chapel by Rev L D Mayberry and Rev Richard E Hamblin.

Interment was in the Nuckolls Cemetery.
