Joseph M. Accardi "Biggie" died early the morning of June 6, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Isabelle. He is survived by his children Mike (Judy), David (Donna), Sondra (Wayne) Morrison, and Fancy (Jeff) Huie. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Joe was a World War II veteran and the Accardi's were one of the first families in Holy Rosary Catholic Church and Parish.

He was an entrepreneur owning several businesses, both while as Sales Manager of Star Distributors, and also for the many years after his retirement.

At the time of his death he was an active member of The Church of the Holy Spirit.

Visitation will be held at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Avenue (across the street from Memorial Gardens) from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, June 8, 2012, with a Rosary to follow.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church on Park Avenue at 10 a.m. on Saturday.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
