"Mrs. Emma A. Merrill, widow of William A. Merrill, died at the family home, 38 Van Buren street, at 2 o'clock this morning, aged 67 years, three months and 22 days. She was born at Warsaw, N. Y., Feb. 8, 1849. She is survived by one daughter. Miss Ida Mae Merrill of this city; one brother, Seth Moore of Warsaw; one sister. Mrs. Julia Cooper of Corry, Pa., and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Merrill was a member of the First Methodist Episcopal church. Tho funeral will be held privately, except for neighbors and intimate friends, at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon."
