LINCOLN: - Harland E. Cole, 73, died July 6, 1991, at a Lincoln hospital. He was born in Springfield, July 14, 1917, the son of Llydon and Lillian (Downs) Cole. He was employed as an electrician at Lincoln Pulp and Paper Co. for over 33 yrs., retiring in 1982. He was a member of the Lincoln Fish and Game Club. He is survivied by his with Henrietta (Archer) Cole; one son, Sheldon and his wife Peggy Cole, all of Lincoln. two grandchildren Kelly Cole of Alton and Andrew Cole of Lincoln; two sisters, Glenace Hanscom of Lincoln, Ava Linscott of Springfield; several nieces and nephews. Burial will be in the Lincoln Cemetery.
