Henry BOLGER Services Saturday At Hoskins; Burial at Bethesda

Henry Merton BOLGER (sic. Merton H. BOLGER on his headstone at Memorial Lawn cemetery in Fairfield, Iowa), 60, Birmingham, passed away yesterday morning at 10:00 a.m. at his home following an illness of two months. He was taken to Rochester, Minnesota on May 2 and following an operation, was brought back home on Monday, where he died.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sautrday (sic.) at the Hoskins Funeral Home. Burial in the Bethesda cemetery (sic. wound up buried in Memorial Lawn cemetery in Fairfield, Iowa, instead).

Mr. BOLGER was born on February 24, 1885 and moved to Birmingham two years ago from Mt. Sterling, Illinois. He had worked on the railroad and also was a farmer.

Survivors are his wife; one son, Clyde of Fairfield; a daughter, Mrs. CHEVALIER and a grand-daughter, Carmen Lea both of San Diego; a sister, Mrs. Mabel GOETTELMAN of Decorah, Iowa.
