Former Sheriff's Illness Terminates Fatally
The serious illness from which former Sheriff William Henry Wright had been suffering for two months past, terminated yesterday morning in his death, at his home, 1420 North Fifteenth street.
The funeral will take place there on Tuesday, with interment in West Laurel Hill Cemetery. He had been confined to his bed since early June, suffering from an apoplectic attack, complicated with nervous prostration. he remained conscious until shortly before his death.
His two sons, Spencer D. Wright and William H. Wright, Jr., were at his bedside when the end came. Since the announcement of his death hundreds of his personal friends called to tender their condolences to the bereaved family."
