Funeral services for Otis Benjamin Allen, age 85, of Lake Providence, Louisiana will be 2;00PM, Saturday, January 5, 2008 at Cox Funeral Home with Rev. Otha Allen officiating. Interment will be in the Providence Memorial Cemetery, Lake Providence. Services are under the direction of Cox Funeral Home of Lake Providence.
Visitation will be Friday from 4:00PM until 9:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM until time of service.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Robert Trenton Allen and Rosie Beatrice Worley Allen.
Otis is survived by his wife, Helen Irlean Allen of Lake Providence, Louisiana; 6 brothers: Charles Allen of Lake Providence, Louisiana, Rev. Otha Allen of Oak Grove, Louisiana, James E. Allen of Fountain Hill, Arkansas, Bobby Ray Allen of Oak Grove, Louisiana, Calvin B. Allen of Alexandria, Louisiana, Willie L. Allen of Lake Providence, Louisiana; 2 sisters: Gloria Jean Lair of Oak Grove, Louisiana, and Mary Dean Davis of West Monroe, Louisiana.
Pallbearers will be: Luke Clement, Heath Clement, Greg Clement, Mark Allen, Cody Allen, Andy Allen.
