Married: April 30, 1944Lola “Eileen” Herringshaw passed away at her home on Sunday June 10, 2018.. Eileen was born November 28, 1923 to Amanda and Emil Bryan. She graduated from Liberty Township High School in 1941 and married Victor Herringshaw on April 30, 1944.

Eileen was a member of South Liberty United Methodist Church; an advisor of the Golden Key 4-H Club for more than fifty years; and a member of the Portage American Legion Auxiliary, Friendly Neighbors Farm Bureau and the Easy Goers camping group.

Vic and Eileen enjoyed many trips throughout the United States with agricultural tour groups and spent many winters in Bradenton, Florida. Eileen enjoyed watching her grandchildren in their sporting events and was an avid Duke basketball and Cleveland Indians fan.

Surviving Eileen are her husband of seventy-four years, Victor; two children Nancy (Roger) Kahlenberg and Joe (Carrie) Herringshaw; five grandchildren Kristen (Jon) Meyer, Kerri (Joey) Castlen, Mark (Deana) Kahlenberg, Tyler (Katie) Herringshaw and Andrew Herringshaw; ten great grandchildren; sister-in-law Beverly Lehtomaa and brother-in-law Rodger Herringshaw.

Her sister Phyllis Hefflinger and brothers Earl, Charles and Terry Bryan preceded her in death.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Dunn Funeral Home, located in the Historical District of Bowling Green at 408 West Wooster St. Her funeral will be Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at South Liberty United Methodist Church, 7983 Potter Road Rudolph, Ohio 43462. Interment will follow at Wingston Cemetery. Additional visitation will be held Thursday morning at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.
