MARKED TREE -- Buel Edward Adamson, 89, of Marked Tree died Tuesday, March 6, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
He was a member of Red Oak Baptist Church and a retired farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene Adamson.
Survivors include two sons, Dale Adamson and wife Janice of Jonesboro and Jerry Adamson of Marked Tree; two daughters, Doris Pounders and her husband Buddy of Lepanto and Mary Kathryn Anderson and her husband Tony of Crawfordsville; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will begin at 2 p.m. today at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Marked Tree with Larry Deaton officiating.
Pallbearers will be grandsons, Steve Pounders, Ricky Brooks, David Anderson, Russell Brooks, Bradley Adamson and John Byford.
